We will process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible and delivery is usually within one to 28 working days from dependant on the product or service being provided.

Payment
In respect of Shaun Official supplied goods, services or membership the ordering system allows you to make several choices of payment. The site accepts all major credit / debit cards and cheque by arrangement. You may send your credit card information via phone, post or online. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. Thereafter payment is collected through our online credit card processing partner PayPal.
If payment is to be made by cheque, please allow 7 days for cheque clearance. Any errors in receipts or payments will be rectified within 7 working days of our agreeing to correct them.
The company accepting the payment is Shaun Official and that is what will appear on your statement.

Every order placed with Shaun Official maybe subject to a security check. These checks are carried out to protect both you and us against fraudulent transactions. Therefore all information entered by you must match the information held by the card issuer. Supplying incorrect or incomplete information will result in a delay in processing your order. If we are unable to confirm the identity of a customer we may carry out further security checks that may delay the processing of your order. As the supplier we reserve the right not to supply goods if we are unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion to a security check.
We may on occasion ask you to fax, post or email further proof of identity. We may on occasion ask you to supply their credit/debit card details to carry out a further security check.
If you suspect your card has been used fraudulently at Shaun Official please contact your card issuer immediately and notify us of the occurrence on 0844 357 7251.

Your information is not stored on an internet active computer so a third party cannot access your details. This system is the safest way to buy and is safer than passing your details over the phone lines and at least as safe as passing your card over a shop counter.

Delivery Address
In conjunction with our security policy we only supply products to the cardholders address. If you wish the item to be sent to an address other than that of the registered card address please contact us via email EMAIL prior to placing your order. Entering an address into the site when it is not the registered address of the card may subject your order to a delay.
In exceptional cases we may accept two forms of identification showing the card address to allow an order to go to an alternative residential address. We will deliver to an alternative business address providing we can verify details. Such cases are always subject to our discretion.

Placing an Order
Simply browse our catalogue and click on "add to cart" at the item you wish to buy and it will be added into your shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for your details. If you wish to make your purchase over the telephone please call one of our sales team on 020 303 93970. Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation by email or letter.
If any item is not available, it will automatically be placed on back order for you, however, should you not wish to make use of this facility you may cancel your order.
The purchase of goods and services from Shaun Official or our suppliers enters the purchaser into a legally binding contract of sale. The terms and conditions of this contract are detailed within our terms and conditions of trading.
Prices, and details, of products and services (and any offers) posted online are subject to change without notice. All products and services are subject to availability and we give no guarantee in this respect. Goods Faulty on Arrival or in use:
Your product or service purchased is/are covered by manufacturers' warranty or guarantee as applicable and set out in the relevant product information.
All attempts should be made to reasonably allow Shaun Official or the supplier to attempt to repair any problems identified.
Goods Damaged in Transit:
All products should be checked for damage prior to signing for them. Any damage must be noted along with your signature. Shaun Official or the supplier if ordered direct will be responsible for reasonably prompt rectification of any damage.
If you have changed your mind about your order you should inform Shaun Official and the supplier, if appropriate, in writing by letter, fax or email as soon as possible, but no later than five days, after receipt. However, there may be a charge for restocking, replacement or refunds if costs are incurred.
Delivery Policy:
Shaun Official will ensure that products or services are delivered promptly and on time, in line with the product and / or service information supplied during the order process. However as with most service and product suppliers acts of God or unforeseen circumstances may prevail however Shaun Official and our suppliers will keep you informed of any undue delay.

Guarantees
All original products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturers guarantee for a period of 12 months this excludes CDs.
The guarantee provided by Shaun Official specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect and misuse. In addition routine maintenance, consumables, and cosmetic damage are not covered. The full cost of any service call will be charged to you should our engineers find no fault with your product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
